  • Reading
  • Listening
  • Speaking
  • Writing
Each section has a maximum score of 30 and the total score is 120.

How many test do I have to take?

READING: 60-80 minutes

The Reading section requires you to answer 36-56 questions based on 3-4 passages within 60-80 minutes. Each passage will have about 700 words and has 12-14 questions based on it. The passages cover a variety of topics ranging from history to science to psychology.

LISTENING: 60-90 minutes

The Listening section requires you to answer questions based on 4-6 lectures and 3-4 conversations within 60-90 minutes. Negotiating this section will need you to be skilled in not only listening but writing and reading as well for it will require you to take notes and answer the questions correctly.

WRITING: 50 minutes

The Writing section requires you to type two essays, one integrated and one independent, in 50 minutes. The integrated task will test your skills in reading and listening.

SPEAKING: 20 minutes

The Speaking section requires you to complete 6 tasks, independent as well as integrated, within 20 minutes. Once again, it will need you to be skilled in listening and reading as well.

Our comprehensive training program takes a holistic, step-by-step 4 P's Approach, which stands for PLAN, PREPARE, PRACTICE and PERFORM. This has proved to be highly effective in building students' confidence in delivering a stand-out performance on the D-Day.

This course will help prepare you prepare thoroughly for all four segments of the TOEFL. Here how we are going to do it:

1. Listening

I will take you through real-life test situations. During my live video sessions, I will guide you in learning how to take notes and paraphrase the information you hear, so that you can refer to it while answering the questions. I will teach you to use the visuals on the screen to develop an idea about the topic being spoken about and use it as a support, if needed. The feedback you receive will analyse each aspect of your performance and you will receive your estimated score, along with the answer key.

2. Reading

I will train you in the skills needed to negotiate this section successfully. I'll help you develop your vocabulary, and will guide you on how to analyse the text so that you will be able to draw inferences, identify the author’s intent and look for minor details. Our live video lessons will teach you to apply the techniques of skimming and scanning which will assist in finding the correct answer.  In the feedback you will receive, every question will be explained and all your mistakes will be analysed in detail to help you perform better. You will practice under real-life test situations. After submission of the test, you will get your expected score, along with the answer key.

3. Writing

I will work with you on your writing skills, guiding you on how to use appropriate vocabulary and sentence structure. In my live video classes, you will build up essays step-by step, and thus, be prepared. Real-life test situations will help you to get accustomed to performing the tasks on the test date. After submission you will get your expected score and a suggested answer.
